We make every attempt to avoid errors in the processing of your order, but sometimes mistakes happen. When one does occur, please allow us to correct it. How long does shipping take?
Every effort is made to process your order the day it is received. Orders are usually shipped from our suppliers within 2 business days. The above times are estimates from the day you place your order. Do you ship internationally? On some items, we are unable to ship outside the US (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands and Military APO/FPO addresses). We do ship most items to Canada and will make every effort to honor requests for other International shipping. Will I receive a tracking number for my order? Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. You can also view your tracking numbers by clicking on the "Track My Order" link on the top right of our website Please allow 2-3 business days after placing your order for the tracking number to show. Please note that we attempt to ship all orders via a trackable method. Occasionally an item will be sent by a different method, but we will contact you prior to shipping to verify this information. It's been two business days...how come I still don't see a tracking number? Most of our orders ship within 2 business days, however, occasionally it may take longer. Also, it can take up to an additional 24 hours for us to input all the tracking numbers into our system. If it has been more than three business days and you still don't see a tracking number, please contact us at sales@fortywinkspetbeds.com. |
