SHIPPINGOur goal at FortyWinksPetBeds.com is to provide high quality products at the best discounts we are able to offer. Most orders will be processed and shipped within one business day (excluding holidays). If an item is out-of-stock, no longer available or will be delayed beyond 5 to 7 business days, we will contact you via email. Shipping Method: Most orders are shipped via US POSTAL SERVICE PRIORITY MAIL or UPS GROUND (generally approximately 7-10 days from the day your order is received). International Shipping: We currently ship within the US and Canada. Please email us with any other international shipping requests and include your full address information. We will do our best to accommodate international requests. Our email address is info@fortywinkspetbeds.com. Price Changes: Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Because we deal with many suppliers, our prices may change when we receive an increase from them. We do our best to keep our prices current as we receive updated information from our suppliers. Back Orders And Discontinued Items: From time to time (much to our dismay), shortages and out of stocks will occur. Items may be back ordered for three reasons: 1. There is more demand for the item than we originally anticipated, and our suppliers have to re-stock. 2. The manufacturer has failed to ship in a timely manner due to a shortage of parts, materials, etc. 3. Transportation strikes, natural disasters, etc. When we experience an out of stock situation, your entire order will be shipped at one time if the out of stock item arrives within 5 working days of the date of your order. If we don't anticipate being able to meet this 5-working day limit, your order will be shipped minus the out of stock item. At that time, out-of-stock items will be treated as a backorder unless the customer requests that we not ship back orders. Discontinued items will, of course, not be shipped and you will be notified. OUR NO-HASSLES RETURN POLICY We honor a 30 day return policy for products that are DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED during shipping. If a product needs to be returned due to a defect, simply contact us by email and we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, you simply follow the included instructions and return the product. When we receive the item we will repair or replace it and immediately ship it back. All non warranty returns will include a full refund less shipping and handling charges. We want you to purchase from our web-site risk-free. We try to make our descriptions as complete as possible, but if you require additional information, please don’t hesitate to contact us at info@fortywinkspetbeds.com. If, upon viewing an item, you're not delighted with any merchandise you buy from us, let us know via e-mail at info@fortywinkspetbeds.com. We will reply to your e-mail with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RMA). PLEASE NOTE: Merchandise must be in new, re-sellable condition for a refund.
NOTE ON RETURNS: If an item is returned and was included on an order that qualified for free shipping originally, the refund amount will be the purchase price of the item LESS the appropriate shipping charge for the item by itself. All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number and made within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Any returns received after 7 days will receive a credit only. Returns without prior authorization (RMA number) will not be accepted. RMA Number: No returns will be accepted without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Merchandise Conditions: All item(s) must be returned in “new, as-received” condition and must include any product information that was included originally, i.e. Assembly Instructions. Damaged in Shipping: If an item is damaged in shipping, we will gladly replace it providing you furnish us with information from the carrier documenting the damage. Simply contact us for return address (sales@fortywinkspetbeds.com), send back the damaged merchandise along with the documentation from the carrier, and we will send your replacement back at no extra charge as quickly as possible. Cancelled Orders And Refused Orders: All refused/returned orders will result in a 25% restocking charge, plus shipping costs that were incurred (shipping charges are not refundable).
